Seely Design and Restoration Group .. where should I start ? I was referred by a friend to this company and Mike Seely the owner got back to me right away, responding right away is important to me, not only does that show importance of what I need to be done but how important it is to him as well. All and all Mike did great High end work to our home , he came in on budget and worked with us even when I was constantly changing my mind. My husband and I plan on having mike and his guys back late spring! Highly reccomend.

Can't say enough about Seely Design after having my bathroom remodeled. It was exactly what I was looking for. If your looking for professional, reliable, and great work look no further. I will definitely be in contact again for more work in the future.

My wife and I bought our home as new construction back in 2009 and although it had almost all the "bells and whistles" you would want (and expect in a home that originally listed north of 850k) there was one thing that was missing.... and like most men what I wanted was a finished basement to turn into my very own "Man Cave!" I had intended on finishing the space within the first year or two but I never got the project off the ground as two additional kids arrived for us and priorities changed quickly. After years of waiting to start I finally was able to get going on my space just after the holidays this year with the help of my father and father in law. Between the three of us we had just about all steps of the construction covered but when it came time for the finish carpentry I knew that we just didn't have the skills to do work that would be on par with the rest of the home and come out as I envisioned it. Knowing that I reached out to a friend who is an architect for a recommendation and he told me that Mike Seely (owner of The Seely Group) was just the man I needed for the job. After seeing the work Mike had done for in his home I was impressed and called for an estimate. When I spoke with him Mike was polite and professional. He accommodated my schedule and came by to look at the project after dinner one night and was just as friendly in person. He presented a professional appearance and adittude which my wife and I appreciated and he made us feel comfortable and confident in him right away. We went over things and he offered his opinion when appropriate and provided me with options on what to do that I hadn't even thought of. I wanted to have him build me a custom bar and install some crown molding and baseboard plus a few cabinets to cover utility panels. He did the measurements and was on his way and I felt in good hands which was a relief. He got back to me with an estimate promptly and I found his price although not the cheapest I found was more than fair and very much worth it for someone as talented as he is. When he came to work he showed up when he said he was going to and worked diligently and neatly. He kept to our agreed upon schedule and his positive attitude never changed. He was friendly to our children and interacted with them great when they got curious and wanted to see him at work and he made sure to keep the back door shut so our dog didn't get loose. It's things like made the experience good but it was the quality of his work that made the experience great! Everything came out like he said it would and even exceeded my lofty expectations. More importantly he exceeded those of my wife and mother in law too! I would gladly recommend Mike to anyone I know and look forward to coming up with another project for him at our home in the very near future, I can't say enough about how satisfied and happy we are with the outcome and entire experience with Mike in general. The man is truly an artist!

Hi Wayne, we were happy to make over you're basement to you're ideal man cave. Wayne said to be creative and use my own judgement on most aspects of the build and I think we delivered and met expectations, would love to see the finish product.

Mike did great work for us. We wanted to add 2 custom built in units to our basement. None of the walls are level but Mike cut all the pieces to fit perfectly. He also painted everything too. The molding matches the old molding that was in the room. Great worker and very easy to deal with. Even some changes from the wife in the middle were handled flawlessly. Will definitely use again for future projects.
