- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 collections: Basic: Photo session & digital images on CD Standard: Photo session, digital images on custom USB drive, & prints Deluxe: Photo session, digital images on custom USB drive, prints, & stand out hanging wall prints (Prices may vary depending on what type of service you are interested in.) Email me if you have any questions or if you would like to request an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer, I will send them to my website or send them examples of sessions that I have previously done (that best suits the type of session that they are interested in) to give them an idea of my style and skill to see if they truly want to work with me. If they are truly interested, then I will send them my price list. After they have booked their session, I ask more detailed questions about what they would like the final image to look like (basically brainstorming different ideas together to ensure that they are satisfied with photos).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Antonelli Institute, I have been trained in many different types of photography, as well as photo editing; I also graduated Magna Cum Laude.
