- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive because we enjoy what we do. Many agencies charge enormous amounts for everything they do. Our clients are typically on a monthly budget so they know exactly what they will pay for all of the services we offer. That makes it really nice for businesses since there is not question what your monthly bill will be regardless of updates, ads, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have an initial meeting to get to know your business, its products and services, and the way you operate. In the case of our Social Media Marketing services we like to know answers to common questions we may come across while dealing with customer questions and messages since we manage all of that for our clients. We usually have a pretty good handle on everything by the time we go live and if we ever have a question we don't know the answer to, we just ask you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an IT background so that is a potential service we can offer clients as I do have many partnerships with large organizations like Microsoft, Datto, Xerox, Lenovo, Fortinet, and many others with my IT company. Due to this background we have VERY good with support and customer service because that's all I do with that company. ABC Agency was started due to a lack of honest marketing agencies in general the poor service my clients were provided from other agencies years ago. Now all of my IT clients are also clients of ABC Agency due to the level of customer service we provide.
