- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because all properties differ in size and complexity we cannot offer a set price for all clients. We have a structured pricing platform based on location and size of systems to give clients and idea of pricing before the appointment is scheduled. Most repairs are billed as Flat Rate pricing for a set price every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Service requests we can provide an average price quote before setting up an appointment. We offer online and over the phone scheduling and offer a variety of time windows to meet our customers demanding schedules.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners have been in the Irrigation Industry for over 30 years. Most of the office personnel has been with the company for 20+ years and our field service representatives and designers go through rigorous training programs.
