- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is relative to the quality of work i provide. If there are financial restrictions i am willing to work with a bride, or if there will be a number of women needing my services i am willing to adjust slightly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk through text or email and learn about their goals for the outcomes of whichever art they are looking for from me. I like to hear their concerns and learn what their style is. I prefer to do more than one trial, and really get to know my clients over the process of their wedding or event planning months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some experience with online courses, working toward a certificate in my airbrush. I have almost fifteen years of experience with hair and makeup, i am self taught and have been perfecting my craft diligently over the years. I have worked with many different skin tones, and as It pertains to hair, i have experience with most ethnicities. I love to learn, and i love a challenge.
