FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is always negotiable. I've been through this and I know how important it is to stay within a budget. I am here to help you stay in your budget and if that means finding something alternative to do so that's what we're going to do. I am here to make your wedding or event beautiful so let me help! If you think the quote is too high let's chat I can work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when starting with a new client I like to gather the basic information like how many bridesmaids, how many groomsmen, do you need centerpieces or any floral decor. This information will help me get my creative juices flowing and give you a ballpark estimate of what it will cost. the reason I say ballpark is because this is subject to change with any additions or subtractions which you are allowed to do up until the month before your wedding or event. this will require a phone conference or you filling out an e-mailed worksheet. throughout our process I will send ideas of what I'm thinking along with colors and different sorts of flowers I would like to use. I would also like you to do the same any flower pictures any color schemes you've chosen send my direction it helps. when we get closer to the one-month mark we will finalize and I will get the order started. at this time I will require a deposit. this deposit will go towards your flowers. also at this time you are required to fulfill the contract because the flowers will already be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
as of now I am 100% self-taught working on getting certified.
