Introduction: I'm recently retired and with a lifetime of repair and maintenance experiences. I get a kick out of people's reactions when they find that the job is completed, perfectly, on time, and with no mess left behind.
I've an engineering background and like to look at my own completed work, whether it was an electrical job (one of my focus areas), light plumbing or carpentry. I take pride in the results.

Larry always listens ti what I want done and then does it. He often must add to what i want to make the finish even better.

My husband and I recently finished our attic and turned it into a fabulous master suite. My husband was able to do all of the work with the exception of electrical. Larry Stanich installed every light fixture and many electrical outlets. He was kind, hard-working, professional and even gave my husband help as needed in some of the building aspects of the project. Larry was moderately priced and worth every penny. It's important when allowing someone into your home to feel that you can trust them and confident that they are doing good work. Mr. Stanich exceeded our expectations and we will keep him in mind for future help.

I asked Larry to fix and/or replace my motion detector on my garage and also give me an on/off switch. Larry was very friendly and professional and went the extra mile in making sure all connections were wired properly for safety. I will definitely hire Larry for other home maintenance services in my home.
