- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients pay 50% of payment at booking to reserve the date. The balance is due 30 days prior to event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build an understanding of what the group would like and the parameters from my new client. Research the challenges the audience of the talk is experiencing so I can design the program to meet their needs at the optimal level. I then customize the program so the audience learns techniques and information that are most helpful to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Originally trained as an engineer with a passion for neuroscience. I began speaking after I received my psychology degree and moved into the field of operant conditioning and coaching. I am also trained and certified in neurofeedback enabling me to easily meld neuroscience into my programs.
