- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have package deals that include payroll and financial transactions. Prices are TBD and customized for each client. We offer discounts to new and existing customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting is scheduled between the client and I to discuss current/future needs along with expectations. After this initial meeting, the client and I decided if JMP Bookkeeping is a good fit for their type of request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my ten years of experience, I also have a MBA with a concentration in finance. I have worked with a variety of industries and clients from all over the USA.
