Shawn I want to thank you for helping me reduce my stress by using you machine that uses an electro magnetic pulse that can be adjusted for a strong or lighter pulse. Almost looks like a thick loop on a thick 4 ft cord. Shawn place the loop over my head which lays on my shoulders or he places it on top of my head. I usually get a 30 minute therapy treatment and it really calms me dow and relaxes me to the point that I usually take a nap right after. It is one of the only treatments that reduces my stress. Shawn offers so much knowledge and support I can't say enough good things about him. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial in person or phone/Skype consultations are FREE. First three 60 minute sessions are $40 each. First three 30 minute sessions are $20 each. I offer package rates that range from as high as $100 down to $85 for one hour sessions. Thirty minute sessions range from $60-75 per session. PEMF Therapy and Meditation instruction are 30 minute sessions. Fitness sessions are generally an hour, but can be 30 minutes. PEMF and Meditation can be combined, and can be 30 or 60 minute sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a 30 minute consultation, preferably in person, in a public place or at your home or office. I don't try to sell large packages up front. Clients usually commit to 3 sessions up front. Usually after these sessions are completed, the client has a good sense if they want to continue. After that, packages are offered to discount the session rate. Ten sessions is the most popular package, but not necessary. Sessions are paid up front. This is most common in the fitness/health and wellness industry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Became NASM certified as a fitness trainer in 1994. There's no certification for PEMF Therapy, although I've been researching and attending webinars and seminars to educate myself, as well as connect to other practitioners to share and learn from one another. I've successfully treated more than 300 people over the last 8 years. I'm currently studying to certify as a Holistic Health Coach through Trinity College of Natural Medicine, and I've recently enrolled in their program to become a Naturopath which will take me 4-5 years to complete. Then I will take the state boards for Board Certification.
