Mark, his son & daughter took good care of our dog Bear while we were away for a week. He was walked & groomed daily. Mark offered flexibility in case our schedule changed and was responsive to my texts. They accommodated my request that no other animals be in the household while caring for Bear and he received the attention that we wanted him to have rather than being boarded at a Kennel. Will definitely reach out to The Dawg House for future sittings.

Mark, his son & daughter have taken good care of our cat, Carmen and our dog, Rebecca many times. They fed them according to their special diets, administered their medicine, and gave them both plenty loving attention and exercise. The Dawg Vacation House of NJ provides much better care than boarding at any Kennel and their rates are lower too. I would definitely recommend The Dawg Vacation House of NJ for all your pet care service needs.

Mark has watched my dogs on a number of various occasions over the years , including my long honeymoon, when I was in the hospital, and when I had to travel on business trips. My dogs felt at home with him. They were always happy when I returned and sometimes sad to leave Mark. He fed them, walked them for me, and gave them plenty of exercise. His job was well done. The dogs enjoyed playing in his big backyard. I don't think I could of asked for better service!

The Dawg Vacation House was a lifesaver. We came to NJ to visit family and brought our 3 dogs with us. They're our babies and always travel with them. My siblings decided to pay a surprise visit to our mother in Canada and we couldn't take our dogs with us across the border, but thanks to The Dawg Vacation House, we were able to go see our mother. They were able to look after our 3 dogs and my son's puppy for a very reasonable price. They were able to take them in even at the last minute and extend the care for an additional day. It was a good experience for me and my dogs. They seemed like they were taken care of and enjoyed their time there. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to work with me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very low rates; we always offer more competitive discounted rates to work with our clients. No hidden or extra fees. We offer gift certificates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always recommend a "meet and greet" between the owner, the pet and myself so all issues can be discussed before the stay and we can learn about the needs of your pet(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
52 years of experience of owning dogs. We have also owned and handled cats, turtles, rabbits, chickens, pheasants, snakes and horses. Attended and received specialized training for working with dogs and also for horses. We will try to accommodate you and your pets' needs. Many References available upon request.
