Introduction: Hello, my name is Trevor Weingartner. It is my pleasure to meet you. My wife and I recently moved to the Robinson/Airport area. My wife is a behavior specialist at the Watson Institute for children with disabilities. I am an assistant food service director for Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Highschool in Coraopolis PA. I oversee the food production for the High School (approx 400 kids+ Staff). I also prepare food for special functions and for the sisters and priests living on site. I have dedicated my life to the study of international food preperation and culture. I specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. I am proficient in all areas of food preparation. I am seeking a few clients to fill in my schedule. I know the pittsburgh area well, I source ingredients from local butchers, bakers, grocers and farmers in pursuit of the best ingredients available.
I have child abuse/criminal background/fingerprint clearances, all clean, all current.
*I have training in childhood development and am fantastic with kids. I am well versed in organic food puree and baby food prep. I prepare gluten free options routinely for the sisters and priests with many dietary restrictions at my convent accounts. I coach adults with high functioning autism at OLSH. My wife works as a Behavior Specialist and i volunteer with her. So while i have no direct care experience with children on the autism spectrum, i do have a lot of time interacting and teaching children and adults with different challenges. I work 7-2 Mon-Fri. When OLSH lets out for the summer i will be looking for clients to fill the gap of employment. If we develop a relationship i could be persuaded to come on full time depending on your situation.

I love food. I love traveling and sourcing local ingredients for my customers. My good relationship s with local vendors allows me to bring the freshest ingredients pittsburgh has to offer from the market and farm to your house, the epitome of farm to table.
