- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and typically a little lower than average. We do our best to control our costs so that our customers don't experience constantly "creeping" fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out as much as I can about how a customer runs their business. This ensures that we don't sell them anything they don't currently need. By understanding the Customer's business, we can then customize our system to make sure that they get the most out of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. I was an Enrolled Agent. I have taken continuing education classes in everything from Ethics to Software products to payroll, taxes, and Human Resources. I spent years as a small to mid-size business accountant, both in the private and public sectors. I am not a sales person by trade. I have always been in business and accounting.
