- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes all the necessary parts and labor to perform the basic service. If additional parts or labor are needed, we discuss this before completing the additional repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we make contact either by text or by phone, we discuss what is needed, and come up with a price before we even go out. Our customers have in mind what they will be paying, so no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have engine certifications from all of the engine manufacturers. My experience comes from years as a OPE tech as well as a service manager in the John Deere service industry.
