- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to improvise, I like to calculate labor and materials for each project, including taxes and contingencie. Calculation is based in plans and place of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to analize with client type of materials and timing; prepare a detailed proposal with description of each part of construction, cost, provide liability insurance, copy of contractor licence and timing of proccess. I verify with County in reference w OK th environment codes and restrictions. I like to order the programmed materials, planify waste dumpsters and trucks
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive instruction in structural work in my Country if origen and I am up to date with Sympsom strong tie materials, also I follow ICC codes because I have experience drawing architectural and engineering plans as designer. I have not engeenired licence but I have Contractor licence.
