- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $90.00 service call which includes first hour of labor for one tech and then $70.00hr for every hour thereafter. When more than one tech is required the service call is $110.00 as well as every hour thereafter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess what the needs of the customer are and offer the best and most inexpensive way to get them where they want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the electrical trade for over 20 years. I completed a 4 year electrical apprenticeship program. And I hold not only a certified electrical contractor's license but an electrical inspectors license as well.
