This company has been great and we highly recommend them. We contacted them on extremely short notice on Saturday, July 25, for an estimate on a new inside and outside unit that needed to be installed by the following Saturday. This is for a second home and we weren't down on that weekend, but they went out and looked at the old outside unit and gave us a very competitive quote. By late afternoon on that Tuesday, the inside and outside units were installed, a raised platform for the outside unit constructed, the old units removed from the property, and the system up and running! They came out two days later on a request by me to check on a water leak that ended up not being part of their work, but from an existing pipe, which they quickly fixed anyway, no charge. We're very happy with their work. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is Individually priced, our standard change out price for HVAC 1/2 ton to 2ton units we try to keep it around 4500.00 so it is affodable for our customers. Home Remodel prices are based on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with them on payment, half of the total amount is due the day before job is started, and the other half one the job is completed. For Larger jobs we have a few different options. We go out within 24 hours to quote all jobs, and take Check, Credit Card, Cash, and PayPal
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trade for 15 plus years, licensed and insured, and CFC Certified
