- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always first need to have a client consultation. Through talking with our new clients we get to know them and what they are looking for. We encourage all of clients to bring in pictures as well our staff will show our portfolios of our work. Next we come to an agreement on pricing and dates and times of trial appointments and events and sign any of the necessary paperwork legal agreements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jolie Hair and Beauty Academy, Northfield NJ Shore Beauty School, Pleasantville NJ National Massage Therapy Institute, EHT NJ As a salon and spa specializing in the beauty and overall wellness of our clients we continue to expand our education every chance we get. Going to trade shows like the New York City Hair Show and taking classes to hold specialty certificates such as Dream Catcher Hair Extensions Certified Stylists.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with clients of all different hair types and textures, as well as with clients with a wide array of skin problems and concerns. We also work with clients who suffer with body aches and pains. We have done everything from wedding to birthday parties to proms and massage events.
