Margi is a "people person"! She understands how to connect with people and also how to help them see the qualities they have for the work environment. Recently she helped me prepare for a group interview where I was able to go into feeling confident knowing the types of questions that would be asked. She gave me specific words to use and how to close the interview on a high note. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I provide a free 20 min evaluation. If I am needed for coaching, the hourly rate is $125/hr, or $400/ month for 4 one hour sessions. For consulting needs, my rate starts at $250/ hr, and can be negotiated to fit the client's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a free 20 min introductory call to discuss whether we are a good fit to work together. We will then meet for 1 hour each week to discuss the strategy, plan, measurements, and next steps to reach your goal. Think of this phase as the project plan to reach your goals, and I will provide the accountability to ensure we make things happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate degree in Computer Networking, a Bachelor level degree in Business with a focus in Information Systems, and a Master's in Business Administration. I have been a certified coach since 2003. I have been coaching and consulting I am a certified Business Relationship Manager Professional, Prince2 (Foundations), ITIL (Foundations), A+, and Solaris Systems Administration. I taught at the university level for 12 years.
