- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job. My hourly rate can vary. I also provide a total bid package which includes materials and labor. I typically buy the materials because I know what materials the job will require. I'm very flexible and easy to work with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a meeting outlining exactly what the customer wants done. When and what time frame they want it done by. Figure costs, labor, scheduling. Addresss questions or concerns. Finalize a deal and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the electrical trade for 15 years. I started out as an electrical estimator. Eventually working my way into project management. One day I decided I wanted out of the office and get hands on experience to increase my knowledge to further serve my end goal. Currently enrolled in on going electrical training courses to maintain license and certification status.
