- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with a new customer is to set up a complimentary consultation/ "meet and greet" to get a feel of what they want and how they want it. We discuss their vision and expectations. We put together a proposal for them to review and if they want to move forward to secure the date, we send a overview contract and request a 50% non- refundable deposit .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started doing events on our own (i.e baby showers ,birthday parties, New Year's parties, etc) and we realized we actually enjoyed the process of doing all the footwork for the events. We cleaned up as we went so the cleanup was a breeze and we enjoyed watching people have a good without the hassle of doing anything.
