- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a military, senior citizens & Angie's List discounts available. All jobs may vary in pricing due to the size of the job, we like to view the project in person to give a proper estimate for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce our team to our customers, give all customers our flyers and talk about the services we provide, go over individual pricing with them because each job is different, we offer them a job estimate for their records, give them a time frame, explain how we do each process if they want to know, educate them on why their trees need a health trim or removal, explain we do all trims spikeless, give them a time frame, depending on the size of the job we may need a deposit down, we accept checks, cash or credit cards as forms of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the tree business for 8 years. Have traveled to different states for disasters, i.e. Kansas, Georgia & California. We use the spike-less pruning method to take care of your trees and with removals. We use canola oil for all of our saws because it's better for our environment and our trees.
