- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $60 per session but incentives apply if the days working out are greater. For example, if you were to workout 4 days/week then the price would be $160/week and varies dependent on how many days/week you go. In-home sessions are $60. In-business sessions start at $250 and increases dependent upon individuals participating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After free consultation, a physical assessment will be performed including health screening, body composition(bod pod, circumference measurements), muscular and endurance testing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in kinesiology as an exercise specialist and finishing my masters in exercise physiology. I currently teach at UTPB as a lecturer, teaching exercise physiology lab,weight training, team sports and racquet sports. I played basketball, baseball, football, golf and track and field in high school and played baseball in college for four years.
