- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to price fairly, however I want to know the customers thoughts if they think I have over priced the project. I am always open to negotiate pricing to fit the budget. Advice is always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to insure all the questions are answered and that I fully understand what the customer needs. I also believe in communication so they know they are a priority. I insure the price is agreed to upfront.
