Introduction: Welcome to Eco Flower. Our flowers are hand crafted from recycled materials such as pallet wood, burlap, paper, and sola wood. Unlike traditional "real" flowers, our wood and paper flowers will last forever and can be easily displayed in your home long after the wedding is over. Hello. My daughter was the person who showed me the 'Eco flower'way of life...lol. it has only been 6 months since I first found your website but in that small amount of time I have purchased 12 - yes 12 items. I have sent some to my mother in law for gifts, my daughter has recieved 1 , my best friend in England recieved 1 and I have the rest . To say I am slightly obsessed would be correct. From the moment I order until I recieve my item it's such an easy transaction. I have messaged the wonderful ladies through messenger , asking questions etc and have always recieved a swift response. They went above and beyond when I sent a gift to England, when they didn't have to - it was so appreciated. So to finish if your thinking of giving this company a 'go'- please do so. You will not be disappointed for certain

Eco Flower is the most amazing company to order flowers from. When my florist cancelled on me last minute, I decided to make a bouquet myself. However I couldn't find any fake flowers that I liked at the craft stores. I stumbled across Eco Flower after reading a post on Wedding Wire. One look on their website and I was in love! Their bouquets are awesome, but customer service is even better! If you have any problems just call and they will fix it for you. I had to have one box of bouquets reshipped because the were damaged by the postal carriers. It was no problem and they sent me another order right out! Just call them if this happens. The bouquets also look amazing and smell wonderful!! And the best part is that all of the products are made from recycled/repurposed items so you don't have to worry about the environment. You can even buy bulk flowers and make your own but theirs looked better than mine would have! ;)

I've ALWAYS wanted to order something from eco flowers. Since I recently moved into my new home, I needed to decorate and the mystery box promotion came up. I thought it was perfect... $20 for something amazing and this included shipping (I hate paying for shipping since I always have to pay extra for living in Hawaii). I was so excited when it came! When I opened it however, I have to admit I was extremely disappointed. I received a tiny bouquet made out of newspaper comic strips. Why did I not receive something extremely beautiful, colorful or elegant like EVERYONE else did. I posted what I received and a few people even sent me personal messages saying that they felt sorry for me and that I should try to contact the company. I am NEVER one to complain or cry about anything and I understand that it was a mystery box, but thought a few flowers made out of paper was so not worth $20. I contacted eco flowers just asking why I received such a tiny order. I wouldn't have minded it if it were some wood or burlap flowers but the flowers I received looked more like accent flowers. At first, someone contacted me saying that's what a mystery box is and thanked me for reaching out to them. This did not answer my question on why my order was so tiny so I emailed them again. The next email from them came back saying that the order I received should not have been sent out and that they were sorry and would be sending me another mystery box. I was so happy. Don't get me wrong, the comic paper flowers were pretty but I was just disappointed. After all this, I will definitely be ordering more from them. Not only because they craft beautiful products, but their customer service is outstanding! They emailed me back so quickly. I have to mention that they did this during non-business hours during the weekend! I can honestly say that they do care and want to make their customers happy!

Love every one of the products I have received! Customer service was also amazing! I contacted them about a lost package just to ensure the shipping address was correct and they immediately offered to send another one even though it was not their fault. Great company- thank you Eco Flower

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On our website, we have a very easy to use platform which allows brides to create their dream floral creations. They can also contact us for custom creations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first off start with getting a better understanding of what the bride needs. From there, we present our options and the pricing. Once the order is finalized, we begin production, while keeping the bride up to date on the progress we're making :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've shipped tens of thousands of our bouquets all over the world as gifts, and for weddings.
