Introduction: I have over 10 years of experience providing 3D modeling, drafting, and design services using Solidworks. My background includes mechanical, structural, piping, and electrical design on small and large projects. I have experience working in the oil and gas industry doing piping and electrical design. In that field I've worked on anything from compressor stations on a natural gas pipeline to designing pump skids from P&IDs at water treatment plants. I have also worked with mining equipment doing mechanical and structural work.
I really enjoy doing design work and 3D modeling, I am always learning new things with every project I work on, small or large. I enjoy the traveling opportunities my career has given me and the people I've met along the way. The most significant was being sent to Tasmania, Australia to lead a team building a tin and sapphire mine I helped design.
