- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically have a set price for junk removal although sometimes it does vary depending on the junk debris or materiel being removed. (Example: You wouldn't be charged a full pick up if I were to pull up and all you had was card board boxes or wood pallets as they are easy to recycle warranting No dump fee)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reviews the quote given, I ask them to call or text the phone number provided for a Quick free consultation to get a better understanding as to what the customer needs are. I do this to insure we gave an accurate quote and to more less set a firm, fair price to ensure the customer that there is NO hidden fees. Also I like to answer any and all questions the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always helped people do clean ups and I have even done a lot over the years as in the Junk Removal business for other people. Im fulfilling a dream as far as having my own business in "junKing" and now my family is finally, after hard work and dedication, in a great position to accomplish our goal and make a stamp on our own hard working community!
