The founder, Daniel X. Resendez, has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, Master of Arts in Public Administration, and a Juris Doctor. Additionally, he has been admitted to practice law in U.S. Tax Courts, and he is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just hire a business consultant, hire a lawyer. Furthermore, don't just hire any lawyer, hire YOUR lawyer. Make sure that YOUR lawyer fits your company's culture. Ask questions, and hire a lawyer that wants to teach you AND represent you. If you are considering hiring a business consultant, then you should interview at least one (1) lawyer.
