- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to get a good idea of what the customer wants their end result to be. once we agree on a plan of execution that works best for both me and my client i like to break down the pricing and what all the client is paying for so they understand where their money is going. Once we are on the same page and the client agrees on the price of the service i collect the payment for materials and when the job is done and the client is happy i then accept the payment for labor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started landscaping work when i was 13 years old with my dad and my grandfather and i have learned most everything i know from them.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy doing all projects and learning something new from each one. I take pride in each and every project i work on.
