Prices are quoted in advance of performing work and are based upon the amount of data to recover, and the damage, if any to the media.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing our client's data recovery need by phone. We then meet with customer to pick up computer or smart phone. Our lab performs an initial data recovery analysis, and then we advise the client what can be recovered and the exact cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Security Expert, Network Security Engineer, Apple certified and certified by Microsoft. We attend ongoing training and instructional seminars to stay up to date with the latest technologies.
