Melisa was a real pleasure to work with. We were happy to get to know her! Melisa explained everything from the beginning of buying a new home and selling our current home. She walked us through all the steps of purchasing our home, from the initial offer to final walk-through. When we had issues with the VA appraisal, Melisa immediately responded with a list of comparable homes that sold for more money and highlighted all the particulars. When we decided to abandon the painful VA process, she coordinated with us, our attorney, and our mortgage broker. We were able to close in less than 30 days because she was so organized! She is very knowledgeable and realistic about pricing and got our home sold.
