Introduction: I was most recently a chef at an organic farm. I believe in making delicious food for any and every occasion. I make specialty cakes but also cater parties from start to finish; from small served dinner parties to large scale buffet dinners, cocktail parties and anything in between. Working with Lesley Moore is one of the best experiences I have had. She is a terrific chef, her food is delicious and her baked goods in particular have become a family and holiday favorite. Whether it is for two people or a party for 40 she can and has handled it. Lesley is very good at sensing what a person wants and likes and finding just the right thing to make. She is very good at dealing with people with food sensitivities as well.
