FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't use standard pricing because I find it impossible to be competitive that way. I take all variables into account and price accordingly. In most cases this offers a better price for the customer then the use of standard multipliers and rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to emergency service a lot has to happen on the fly to ensure your system is up and running in as short a time as possible. Where new installations are concerned I like to come see the job then return to the office to come up with a fair quote. I will give you a written proposal via regular mail or email within 48 hours. If you approve of the quote we will move on to scheduling and deposits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through factory training for several manufacturers, including: System 2000, Biasi, Fujitsu, Pensotti, Viessmann and more. I received propane, natural gas, and HVAC training from MEMA burner school in Brunswick Maine!
