- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's tough to produce pricing for items without seeing them first. That said, I try to take into fact that most customers will/want to purchase the material themselves and I simply try to value my labor and knowledge for the job at hand. I try to offer the best answer for the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be honest and provide them with exactly what the want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in Electronics Engineering in 1989. There are very few things I haven't already done in home repairs to my own home. Everything else, I can figure it out. If I wouldn't do it at my home... I wouldn't do it at yours. Expect honesty from me.
