Introduction: Hello, my name is Chris Lindley. I am able to provide services for those looking to spice up their home. I have plenty of talent in many areas, including cabinet refinishing to interior and exterior painting and minor repairs of all sorts. I try my best to be very reasonably priced and available immediately for any home improvement projects you may have. I've also lived in the area for over 30 years. Refinished my kitchen cabinets and replaced all hardware. The job exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is beautiful and they saved my thousands. Neat clean an most of all on schedule. Perfect job!

This was a disappointing experience. I clearly outlined and verbalized what needed to be done. It was a simple project finishing up molding from previous contractor (who we liked, but was busy on a another project and we need our stuff completed before the holidays). I made the mistake of not being there when I hired him because I live in Orlando. However, I walked him through it on the phone, had it on Thumbtack, and send him an email with a list, timeframe expected, and things to be done that were a priority. 12 hours later, my main things (molding and painting of bathroom ceiling) was not completed. He also made a HUGE mess and caused an asthma attack. None of our contractors cut inside our home. He did so in the room taped off for paint. Now, I have to retape it. He also promised to fix and finish one small project and correct the attic access (in which he closed off and was told to just replace the opening). He felt it worse than before. This guy needs to be babysat. He did complete molding in two closets, fixed drywall area, and weird corner molding on a slanted wall, and he did some chaulking. They were done well. He's a nice guy, but it was a waste of our time and money because I had to clean all the dust he created, retape the room that needs to be painted, and hire another guy to finish the job he was supposed to do.

Chris has been an invaluable help to me in preparing my very old condo for resale. He installed mini blinds, a floor under my kitchen sink, window cranks, weather-stripping, and beautiful crown molding around my old kitchen cabinets which he also deep cleaned. They now look 500% better than they did. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent & creative suggestions for me. I recommend him highly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's tough to produce pricing for items without seeing them first. That said, I try to take into fact that most customers will/want to purchase the material themselves and I simply try to value my labor and knowledge for the job at hand. I try to offer the best answer for the situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be honest and provide them with exactly what the want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in Electronics Engineering in 1989. There are very few things I haven't already done in home repairs to my own home. Everything else, I can figure it out. If I wouldn't do it at my home... I wouldn't do it at yours. Expect honesty from me.
