Spencer called almost immediately after I submitted a request for a quote to resurface my pool, even on Thanksgiving Day! He spent time with me on the phone educating me on the different material types. He came out that weekend with a variety of materials and colors. I felt he spent adequate time discussing how the project will unfold and what to expect, from start to finish. He was spot on! He provided daily updates on which workers would be at my home working. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up after each day. There was never a lack in communication or or expectations. I am so happy with the results! Thank you Spencer!

Spencer with S&C Pools responded to my inquiry within minutes and messaged me at 9:30pm. He came out the next day on Sunday the day before CHRISTMAS EVE to check our pool pump that was leaking. I definitely wasn’t expecting a service call until after the holiday. He tried to repair the pump without replacing but in the end we needed a new pump. He gave us a great rate and also made improvements to our valve system. He did this additional work on New Years Eve. I was impressed at his dedication to fix our issues. Needless to say Spencer is now part of the family and our trusted pool friend that is taking care of our pool with weekly maintenance visits. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Just when I thought my pool was good. I had a full remodel with new tile! My pool is a paradise. S&C Pool Services did a spectacular job in creating my backyard oasis. Deck, Pavers and Spa Next. I will never want to leave Home !! Thank you
