- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will call into the office where the staff will obtain a name, address, contact number along with an email address and the type of work the customer is wanting done. An estimator will then follow up with a phone call to schedule an appointment to meet with the customer. The estimator will go back to the office, complete the estimate and email it to the customer. A follow-up call will then be made by the office staff confirming that the estimate was received the next business day.
