- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honestly, no. Part of what makes being a boutique brokerage so great is that we can be flexible to handle each of our clients on an individual basis. No two real estate transactions, investors or rental property are exactly alike and so our pricing isn't always the same either. We work together with our clients to create custom pricing to include what they need service for and take out the junk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take all of our prospective clients out for coffee or a meal to get to know one another better. This business is all about relationships and we think it is so important that you have a good connection with the real estate professional you decide to hire. We take this time to talk about our business creed, our clients goals and needs as well as just get a general idea of whether it will be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alex Heyen has been licensed to sell real estate in three different states including Nebraska. He is a broker and Jennifer is in the process of obtaining her brokers license so they both have extensive training and experience relating to the industry on both a local and national level.
