Paul was great to work with. I called Monday for a treadmill assembly and he was here Tuesday afternoon putting it together! I can use the equipment, resting easy that it was assembled correctly. Highly recommend!!

Fred did an excellent job on my treadmill repair. He was very responsive to all my communication with him and was accommodating with setting up a time that worked for me. He was also conscientious with the fact that I was older and needed to take precautions with distancing and sanitation due to COVID-19. We set up an appointment and he was prompt and on time. He fixed my treadmill in a reasonable amount of time and it now runs great! I feel like he went the extra mile with customer service. I would definitely hire him again.

Really grateful I found Priority 1 to assemble a recumbent bike I bought elsewhere. Most would not unless bought from them. They were great at scheduling around when I needed them. Service provider (Fred) was so nice and so efficient at assembling my equipment. You just don't find businesses like this easily.
I'm grateful Thumbtack understood my request and found a business like Priority 1 Fitness to care enough to actually help me with this...they (Fred) was awesome.

Paul from Priority 1 Fitness was highly professional and personable. He was responsive and accessible when his first attempt to fix the machine was only partially successful. My treadmill now works like a dream. I would highly refer Paul to others.
