Overall, Ben was very professional, courteous and skilled in the work he performed while installing the humidifier to our forced-air heating. He always wore boot covers in our house to protect our floors, completed the work in the estimated time, and cleaned up his work area when he was done. He even replaced the drain line from our A/C condenser instead of just tying the humidifier drain into the mess that was there. In our case there was an unforeseeable issue that caused our furnace blower to run constantly, a condition we didnt realize until a few days later. We e-mailed Ben and he immediately responded and tried to figure out the problem even though he was out of the country. It ended up requiring a return visit to resolve the problem by changing the method of wiring the humidifier to the furnace, but we still never figured out why the first method wouldnt work; even Bens peers in the industry were stumped. Our only criticism is that Bens clarity of in-person communication was a struggle at times, specifically when we got into technical details of the problem where Ben has far more electrical knowledge than the average homeowner.

Every install/repair is different. It would be unfair to the customer to have a set pricing. I typically price out the job according to difficulty and time it will take to complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being kind and courteous. Plus, finding out what the customer wants and needs for their home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years in a technical trade school, I have my refrigerant certification, my track pipe certification and over 10 years experience in the HVAC industry.
