- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every install/repair is different. It would be unfair to the customer to have a set pricing. I typically price out the job according to difficulty and time it will take to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being kind and courteous. Plus, finding out what the customer wants and needs for their home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years in a technical trade school, I have my refrigerant certification, my track pipe certification and over 10 years experience in the HVAC industry.
