- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pricing system that takes into consideration things like square footage, material, type, degree of difficulty, time, furniture moving, cleaning solutions and equipment needed for the service, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to my customers and do my best to empower them to be informed consumers. I conduct a pre-service inspection/audit of the service needed and walk customers through the process step by-step. I explain any potential challenges with the job (damages that might be beyond repair, stains that may require special treatments, etc.) and do a thorough job of cleaning. I complete my service with a post-inspection with my customers.

I am an IICRC certified Carpet Cleaning Technician.
