- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge a fee of 25% of your budget. If your budget for your party is $100 then I require $25, making the total $125.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available day or night, at any time. I first want a meet and greet to get to know you and understand your desires for the event. I will show you how we will meet all your expectations and more. I will not make a choice without your consent, I have been planning for a while and I know how to use your money and time wisely to give you the most joyous event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelors degree in psychology helps navigate those more delicate emotional aspects of nerves and family matters that arise while planning personal events. In the spirit of continued educations, I regularly attend classes, meetings and workshops. I have almost completed my MBA to further assist me on the business side of things. I was a Marine for 4 years where I learned respect, loyalty, and the art of being punctual which helps me stay well organized and professional.
