Not all jobs can be quoted based on the information given at the time of the request. This due to hidden issues that may not be seen by the home owner. We prefer an on site free est with every job we quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish communication on the job that is being asked of us. Follow through with any questions and concerns that the client has. Go over the estimate, in detail with the client, then start the job as soon as possible.Continued contact during the job and follow up with a quality assurance call or walk through with the client once the job has been completed.
