- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do no have a standard pricing system because I feel that every project is different and I price based on your needs. I also take into consideration timing of project, what is required initially and then any ongoing actions required, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend time getting to know my customers and what their needs are. I think the more information you have the better your product and end result will be. I like to personalize my work and tailor it to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSM (Bachelor degree in Business Management) and more than 25 years of experience. I have numerous training classes that I have taken over the years and have taught a variety of classes as well.
