FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't use a standard pricing system. We have general pricing established to identify a median range of what someone might expect to pay. All jobs are individually considered for pricing. Usually, the main determination of the price is the size of the home. As a small token of our appreciation, Top Notch Home Inspectors, Inc. is proud to offer a 10% discount on all services to: Active Duty and Retired Military, Military Spouses and Active First Responders (Police, Fire, and EMT Personnel)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer submits a request for a quote from us, we like to reach out to make contact with the customer. We ensure we match them up with the services they actually need. If there are additional concerns about a home, such as a possible roof leak, we occasionally recommend additional services such as a full thermal scan to ensure we can see as much as possible. After a quote is approved by the customer, we send an inspection agreement (if applicable for the service chosen) and have that signed and returned via e-mail. From there, we setup a mutually convenient time for our inspectors to inspect the property. After the inspection has been completed, we ensure the client is satisfied with the inspection. If so, we receive payment for services rendered and will provide a downloadable report to the customer within 24 hours. We always like to follow up soon after the inspection to ensure you were satisfied with our services and to answer any questions you may have about the inspection, report or your home!
