- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use blue book based pricing based on the zipcodes to insure the customer never pays more then a fair price based on their area
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up and review all the work requested , maybe even making some suggestions that the customer have have not thought of. Then we send them bid based on blue book suggested pricing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are two owner Mel has been in the construction field 25 years and knows all the ins and outs in the field of construction and rehab work. Keith has been working with bank owned properties for 7 years taking care of all work needed from yards to roofs and total rehab work. So with the two head together they make a remarkable downed to earth team , many of our customers ask for by name.
