I would recommend Lake County Tree Service to everyone. They gave really good, fast service with a crew of well trained guys and huge modern equipment. It is a family business with dad and 3 sons and several other helpers. Dad has been in the business for years and years and has trained his sons well. Our place is a "nightmare" for tree trimmers.....so many neglected tree limbs over the house and fire hazards everywhere. They went all over this property with many trees and cleared for fire breaks and to make them safe for winter winds. The trimmers are artists with trees and know so much about the health of the trees. They found beetle infested trees, rotted and dead trees and removed them. As they worked, dad always explained what they were doing and why, and asked what I wanted They are real pros - climbing effortlessly up huge limbs that could not be reached from the lift bucket. They were very careful over the roofs, solar collector and yard areas. They would lower big log sections with rope, and they landed right where they wanted them. The crew worked so well together...... very interesting to watch them work. Real pros. And...... they put all the brush and tree limbs in the chipper and hauled it away, and stacked the wood in piles. They also did the fine cleanup after that using a blower, rake, etc. and left the place cleaner than it was before. They worked from sun up to sun down some days and charged a very reasonable price for all those hours with a large crew and very modern equipment.... and they are licensed and insured. I have had other trimmers over the years, but none could compare to Lake County Tree Service. They are truly amazing!

The job was finished on the third day. It would have been better to finish the job in two days. The arrangements for the stump grinding were not as expeditious as they could have been. The stump grinding could not be done until the following week. However, the crew was able to take extra clippings from the yard so I appreciated that.

Jose came out and looked at my job. It was to trim back a large red oak tree in my backyard and shape up some other trees. He said that he was busy doing work in the Bay Area and could not get to it for 2-3 weeks. He said that he would reach out to another tree company and have them call me for a quote. I has been a week and I have not heard from anyone. This has been disappointing to say the least.
