- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Great Lakes offers flat rate and pay-as -you go (hourly) service and support. Our flat rate plans provide one price for all your network monitoring, service and support, covering your businesses servers, PC's, printers and networking equipment. In addition, we also offer services on an hourly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is different, we respect that, which is why we are flexible to the individual needs of each. A new customer with a nagging problem will be visited and the problem rectified on the spot. Many clients want a longer term relationship, in which case we will meet to discuss their needs and provide a proposal.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of clients: medical offices, law firms, insurance agencies, fire departments, hotels, manufacturers, retail, distributors and non-profits.
