What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing, generally speaking, is determined by the Diameter of the Trunk at breast height (DBH) multiplied by a per- diameter inch price. The Per-inch price just depends on the type of service being provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Tree Consultations - An onsite visit and consultation occurs first. Then options discussed and treatment plan determined. Finally a date is set for the treatment services along with a follow-up date (if necessary). A consult fee is usually charged. For Stump Grinding - Service estimates are free and work, in many cases, can be performed the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a State licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator (licensed through Texas Department of Ag) and ISA Certified Arborist (Certified through the International Society of Arborculture)
