We rescued a 12 month old Aussie/Collie mix who is extremely smart but at the time, only knew how to sit when asked, was terrible on a leash, had zero ability to stay and jumped all over us every time we entered the home. After several sessions with Steve, we are happy to share that she now walks well on a leash, doesn't jump when we walk in the door (next step is training her for visitors), and stays when asked among many other new 'tricks'. Steve was very knowledeable and trained us how to train our dog. There's still plenty of room for additional training but Steve set us up in the right direction. I would highly recommend his services for dogs of any age!

Awesome experience with our puppy French bulldog. Flexible scheduling was great! And the classes were informative and hands on. I learned many valuable things during training And simple tasks like walking and driving with our dog have become much easier thanks to the guidance of Diamonds in the Woof! Definitely recommend!

The initial vist was educational and Dutch seems to like him. Dutch was very vocal when we where talking about puppy potty training.....lol I can't wait til next week when the training starts!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My training fee is very competitive and displayed on every quote. Other services quoted at free meet and greet or after phone consultation. I guarantee a professional and safe experience for you and your pet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an outline lesson plan based on the owner's description of any behavior (s) to be modified. After each private lesson, the owner and doggie will have homework. I email a review of the lesson to the owner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified dog trainer and a graduate of the Animal Behavior College. I utilize Positive Reinforcement of an Alternate Behavior. I am also certified in pet First Aid and CPR.
