FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the very different demands with filming and photography is sometimes very difficult to predict all costs, however for the most part with our experience we have a very good idea of what it will take to make a quality production. We set fair prices to meet the expectations of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride our-self's on customer service. Communication is key to a successful production no matter how small or large. We like to have face to face conversations or conversations via phone to start. It is the best way to establish expectations and desires for the project. We like to visit location and get feedback for best light and equipment needs so we can come prepared. We also like to continue communication and confirmations right up to the date and time of the event. Email, text and phone are our preferred methods of ongoing communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience. Nothing can replace that. We also strive to maintain the most current equipment and methods of filming and editing as well as practice, practice, practice new techniques.
